Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
Handful of spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 medium avocado
1/2 cup blanched, then frozen zucchini (optional)
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
