Why are the prices not listed for certain services?
Some services require more information to determine pricing. It is also difficult to give a baseline price for something that might not fit the usual request. If you see a service and would like to know more about it, please use this link to shoot me an email!
Do I need to have any equipment at home to train with you?
NOPE! You absolutely do not need anything to develop a great fitness program. However, if you have some equipment, please let me know so I can incorporate it into your routine.
Should you desire to purchase some additional equipment, check with me first to help advise you on what would work best for you depending on your preference, space, funds, and practicality. Each person's needs are different so don't just buy what others do thinking it's right for you!
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I am quite similar to a trainer at a gym. Actually, some of my clients I train in person at a gym with equipment provided at the facility. For those I train virtually, I still provide a fitness program but it's based on what equipment YOU have.
So depending on where you train and what equipment is available is the only difference between virtual training and in the gym training.
Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and meal plans?
Sort of! I am not only certified as a Personal Trainer but also as a Sports Fitness Nutritionist so my expertise allows me to provide an accurate and detailed meal plan to meet your goals. So, yes I charge for MEAL PLANS but general nutrition guidance information can be found on my website for free.
I want to book something but the day/time slot is already taken. What should I do?
I may already have something booked for that time and it won't allow you to request that slot. Please contact me either by calling or texting 832-660-1906, or by sending me an email at strengthntranquility@gmail.com with all the information you're looking to book and see if there's something I can do to help you out. I will get with you ASAP.
